Quizzy and Adam's Apple

During an otherwise normal breakfast, a little girl named Quizzy discovers a disturbing lump protruding from the front of her father's neck. Upon questioning him intensely, he calls it an "Adam's Apple" and even more absurdly, "normal." Consumed with the strange appearance of the "apple" she decides to remove it, but also discovers that she is not the only one who wishes to do so.Quizzy's older sister reveals the sinister intentions of Adam, a ghastly demon, who preys upon humans in the shadows of the night. At first, she doesn't believe, but Quizzy soon finds herself battling against her fear of the dark, the unknown, and the supernatural powers of a centuries-old evil, in an effort to protect her father. Will she succeed, or will they both become permanent residents of Adam's Orchard?

Marvin Taylor is an author and self-taught illustrator with a background in social work and currently working as an art teacher for k-8 students. Creating is his passion whether it be writing, illustration, sculpting, or starting a new group or program.
