When Jacob Douglass got a book for his eighteenth birthday that pointed him in the direction of a hometown legend, he had no idea that he'd actually find it buried under the city. The adventure was like nothing he had ever imagined. Jacob's search for the root of local folklore would bring him face to face with a sleeping evil so terrifying that it would leave a mark on the little town of Athens, Tennessee for many years to come.

About the Author

English Eaves is a self-described recluse who spends her evenings watching scary movies with her cats and her free time with her family. She spends as much time as she can outdoors, exploring the mysteries of the Tennessee Valley area she calls home. He father ignited a love of nature in her from an early age that still burns strong. English has been a waitress, worked in retail sales, repaired jewelry, spent time as a medical records clerk, and acted as a job coach to special needs clients with developmental disabilities. She is currently a corrections officer in her home town and takes pride in helping keep her city safe.
