After suffering and surviving a violent physical attack by a malevolent spirit while on the job, Audrey Hall is forced to take a step away from the spirit world upon losing her abilities as a medium. She decides to move: new town, new home, new life. However, it seems she can't escape paranormal activity when she is faced with it again as she assists her new neighbor and friend in the house across the street. Though she has been living as a "normal person" since her abilities took a hiatus, Audrey must regain her abilities, strengthen her boundaries, and take her place once more on the line straddling our world from the spirit world. We join her on her journey as she makes her come back and finds the answers to a numerous amount of questions. When darkness descends on her life once more, she is left with no choice but to face off with the evil that threatened to take her life once already. This time, however, must be the last.
