Also included is laminated newspaper article dated July 13, 1995 from Times Picayune reporting the unusal book signing. The newsprint has Anne Rice dressed in white in a coffin with her arms crossed. She had arrived for the book signing in a mock Jazz Funeral departing from the Lafayette No. 1 Cemetary to the Garden District Bookshop. This book signing kicked off her promotional tour for "Memnock The Devil".
