Mulgara: The Necromancer’s Will

How three fingers belong to one gnarled hand, so here do the tales to be told:When Maecidion dies, the reading of the will is an outrage. Irion, the dead necromancer's kin, watches as coveted heirlooms are given to his enemies. Himself no stranger to black magic, Irion soon embarks on a bitter skirmish to retrieve what should rightfully be his. A composite novel: Tinged with traces of horror and humor, erotica and satire, the world of Mulgara plays host to an ensemble of dark characters. Not only necromancers, but grave robbers, thieves, and a bubbly witch, all caught in a web of friend or foe, and through their tales, Maecidion's plan is ultimately revealed.

Richard Thomas, author of Thriller nominee Breaker

"Necromancy is a fascinating dark art, and David Rose tells a captivating story in Mulgara: The Necromancer's Will. If you want to escape the politics and anxiety of modern times, this tale of fantasy and horror is easy to slip into―sprinkled with humor, and bawdy wastrels."

John F.D. Taff, Bram Stoker Award-Nominated Author of The End in All Beginnings and Little Black Spots.

"David Rose's Mulgara: The Necromancer's Will is a great blend of fantasy, horror and even humor. Caught me off guard as to how fun it was to read... And I think it will you, too."

Midwest Book Review

"An inherently fascinating, macabre work of perfectly executed fantasy fiction, Mulgara: The Necromancer's Will is a simply riveting novel from first page to last. Showcasing an author with a genuine flair for spine chilling originality..."
