S.A.S.S.: The Spirit And Specter Sisterhood

Sixteen-year-old Molly Erickson is beginning to believe in love after death. A ghost hunting aficionado and amateur author, she has recently suffered the loss of her mother to cancer. However, a sequence of mysterious events has led her to consider the possibility that the spirit of her mother may be visiting and attempting to comfort her. This only intensifies her interest in the hereafter. Molly, along with her best friends, Shandi and Beth, form S.A.S.S. (The Spirit And Specter Sisterhood) in an attempt to find if there is any truth behind Molly's sensations. Added to the mix is Molly's green-eyed love interest: a new boy at school, Seth, who happens to be "sensitive" to the spirits of those recently departed. Seth is dealing with demons of his own; a family embarrassed by his sensitivity and an athletic twin brother who makes him feel inadequate. Is Molly's mother really beckoning from the beyond? Could an evil entity be masking itself in a friendly façade? Or, has Molly's mind simply been pushed past the point of reason by the loss she has suffered? It's up to S.A.S.S. to find the answers in this twisting tale of friendship, romance, and the search for eternal love.
