Do we all live in a fraudulent reality, where only a select few can recognise it for what it is, understand the absolute truth, and recognise the UNSEEN? Based on true events, this is a ghost story of a haunted house that leads to a haunted soul. based in the small village of Keevil here in the UK. It is what seems like a normal small town, but it may hold the key to many untold secrets. How dark can someone become before it consumes them. This ghost story is going to take you there and put you into the protagonists shoes. This is not like any scary story you have heard before. This story has risen from deep within the shadows and out of the darkness, but are the UNSEEN still hiding in the dark depths of your nothingness, watching as you sleep the darkness away!

About the Author

My name is Melissa Scott, In 1988, I was born in the City of Bath in England, and as I grew older I moved to many more places. I joined the British Army in 2007, where I enjoyed a long and rewarding career serving my country. But then, I decided to take on a new challenge, so I joined the Royal Air Force in 2015. I enjoyed pushing myself to new heights whilst learning a lot about myself in the process. But in 2019, I just knew it was time to move on. Something inside me was pushing me to take the next step, take on new challenges and invest more time in my family and other areas of life. I felt like I could not go any further in the military and I was ready for what came next along my path into destiny.Since then, I have begun studying for my degree in Geography and Environmental Science and I've also finally wrote my story. Writing this has been the most significant goal I have ever set myself, and now I get to share my story with the world.My story, while it is a complete work of fiction, is based on true events that took place in the City of Bath. I have based my story on the village of Keevil because I would go there with my dad and sister when I was younger, and I always found it to be a very mysterious, ominous and creepy place.
