Beyond the Crystal Bridge

When his world came crashing down around him Dancer McCloud withdrew from society and life. He gave up a very successful career as a private investigator with Atlanta’s leading detective agency and returned to his childhood home in Alabama. Two consecutive unimaginable tragedies left him emotionally crippled and unable to carry on with his life in a normal way. He sequestered himself within the walls of the home his late parents willed him and cut himself off from everyone and everything. One year later Dancer has healed to a degree and is almost ready to take up the threads of his life again. Before he has a chance to find out if he is ready to rejoin the world, he is spirited away by people he believed only existed in myth. He is recruited to go on a mission to prevent earth’s annihilation. To do this he must travel to places he never dreamed existed. He and everything he has always accepted as reality will be changed forever.
