The Box

Two stories. The Box was written for a loosely-themed hardcover anthology titled Retro Pulp Tales, edited by Joe R Lansdale. In the year of its publication it won the International Horror Guild 'Outstanding Achievement in Horror and Dark Fantasy: Short Fiction' award presented at the World Fantasy Convention at Saratoga Springs.The second story, Eels, was written for a special edition of Postscripts magazine, edited by Peter Crowther for PS Publishing.For more of the same see OUT OF HIS MIND, the BFS Award-winning collection of twenty-two stories and novellas with an introduction by Brian Clemens.
