Stories From the Attic

Stories From the Attic

A class reunion to remember. A cook who creates her own sweet revenge. A wagon that serves a larger purpose than child's play. A teenager who learns that her grandfather is a vampire. A very special key for a very special trunk. Stories From the Attic is an anthology of seventeen short stories and poems from Author Susan Adams. This collection takes the reader on a roller coaster ride through vignettes dealing with a variety of situations. Attics are notorious for containing secrets, and the characters in this collection have their fair share of skeletons banging on the closet door. Adams puts a creative twist on these tales in the style of Roald Dahl, W.W. Jacobs, and Saki. Adams inspiration for these tales comes from many different sources over the past 30 years, and now she has brought them into the light for your enjoyment. This compilation of poems, short stories and never before published novella, "Sunset Garden" will stay with you long after you have turned the last page.
