Exiled Eyes: Resistance of Crewsiig

On the planet of Corthoas, the humanoid oazyrians make up the Oazyrion Kingdom, one of the most powerful factions on the planet. To be branded an exile is the worst fate imaginable to the honor bound warrior race. Not only is your skin branded with the mark of exilement, but you’re banned from ever setting foot inside The Wall that surrounds the Kingdom’s borders ever again. Stripped of your honor, your name, and completely erased from the history of the Kingdom. To them it is a fate far worse than death. This story follows one such exile. A man with no name, who bares the brand of exilement, yet is curiously found within the borders of the Kingdom. Desperate to escape The Wall before he is caught, tortured, and eventually executed for being an exile within the Kingdom. How he found himself back within its perimeter is a mystery, one he intends to keep to himself. And yet as he passes the nearby city of Crewsiig, before he can manage to leave unnoticed, he is caught between his own objectives and the plight of Crewsiig’s people. Oppressed & extorted, the citizens of Crewsiig find themselves under the shadowy grip of a criminal element, preying on the city’s vulnerable state as they try to rebuild after the recent end to a decade long war that plagued the Kingdom. Now this exile must decide if it’s worth helping these people in need or if he will leave them to their fate in order to pursue his own goals. While the people’s plight would seem righteous to most, he must weigh the odds of their victory against his own experiences of the world. For while the young freedom fighter who pleads for his aid believes their cause to be just, he has seen far more of how dark and unforgiving the world can truly be. After all, one may think they know the world well, but that same world can seem entirely different when seen through exiled eyes.
