My Only Love, Framed in Flowers

My Only Love, Framed in Flowers

The hubris of humans can be almost laughable. Their frail bodies and limited minds are ridiculous. Their perception of their universe is so very narrow. A minuscule few, however, are able to perceive just a bit more than most. Still, they have no concept of the nature of the consciousness and its morphology, let alone the mechanics of the interconnected dimensions we know as the multiverse, which is but an insignificant component of “the source”. One human, known to us, who is in denial of her latent awareness, is quickly having the scales removed from her delicate eyes, and what she's finding is almost incomprehensible in its scope and staggering in its depth of mystery.“My Only Love, Framed In Flowers” follows Eleanore Case, a generation-x literature professor, who awakens her latent psychic awareness, after a violent brush with her own mortality. She discovers an intricate network of countless hidden realms interconnected with our own, completely imperceptible to all but an aware few. Set in sunny, sub-tropical, and seemingly tranquil Winter Park, Florida, the intriguing story of violence, survival, perseverance, paranormal phenomena, intrigue, and mystery takes the reader on a surreal, metaphysical journey through multiple planes of consciousness and existence that ultimately reveal a shocking fate for the entire human race.

About the Author

So, YOU want to know about the author? Are you out of your fornicating mind?! J. B. Hurr is a loose cannon of a  Generation-X, washed-up, Punk Rocker with delusional aspirations of being a philanthropist. He has been writing since 1984 and has been kicked out of nearly every literary event in Central Florida for being too damn controversial and subversive. Kind of shows how free your speech REALLY is, comrade. Often it is the Metaphysician seeking deeper knowledge that encounters irritating opposition from obtuse, excrement filled minds (or something to that effect). Let me tell you, readers, this is one author that has encountered the tsunami of stupidity that is currently washing over society, first hand. That's nothing new.    Here's the drill; Is he New Age? Maybe. Is he a Jew? About 50%. Not enough for some and too much for others. Is he well hung? Ask your mom. What about Christianity? Jesus of Nazareth, the author loves his work. What about Siddhartha Gautama, the Buddha? The author thinks he's swell and likes his representative His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, a rather groovy cat, indeed. What exactly ARE the author's beliefs? You know, that's none of your damn business. If you're looking for answers, you need to find them within yourself and stop bugging others with annoying questions. There's a plethora of information available to everyone. Find your own path. The author does offer this modicum of advice: Respect the path of others and hopefully, they will respect your path. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you, DUH! Love and respect your fellow life-forms as you love and respect yourself. That in no way means you should go out and give everyone a hand-job. Don't be a douche-bag, lest some Punk Rocker put a size 13 EEE boot up your arse. Last and not least, believe in something. The author gives not a rodent's anus about what YOU believe. Just believe. Thanks for buying this book. Cheers.
