Kurt Bradbury could not remember why or how Sherry Sommerset ended up in his car, but after an accident took his memory, it left the police and public asking why she was dead in his car, why she was there, and had him as the major suspect in her murder. Soon, his life would spin out of control as he found himself lost, and entering a hotel while a storm raged outside. The hotel took on a new look as he found himself locked inside while monsters hunted him, Sherry's ghost haunted him, as he ran from room to room. After finding one of her diary pages, he finds himself back in reality, and soon wonders if he is losing his sanity or if the paranormal does exist. His search for answers have him slowly being drawn into the depths of madness as he finds that old superstitions of doorways now link to a demon who searches for people who go through doorways with a connection to others he has taken. He must find the truth of his guilt, escape the hotel's curse, all while trying to save the last part of Sherry that is still captured in the hotel.Did he kill her or was it the demon? Is he guilty of the suffering he is enduring or is he being led to believe so? Can the diary fill in the blanks to what happened, or show him how evil he really is?
