The Bacoo is a novel of the supernatural and based on Guyanese(Guyana) occult folklore. The Bacoo, a mythical spirit, takes possession of a Toronto housewife's mind. She suspects that her husband is having an affair and she unwittingly uses the power of The Bacoo to destroy her husband's lover. The reader is taken on a visual journey into the world of the occult, seances, and paranormal activities.

Peter Hill was born in Georgetown, Guyana. Peter has lived in Asia, Europe, Canada, and now resides in Sunrise Florida with his wife, Rosemarie.
