In a museum created inside the actual fort that imprisoned confederate president Jefferson Davis, Dani Bianchi is the new boss in charge. Her task is to head up a new exhibit that will bring people to the museum, and create excitement around local and national history. On a late evening at work, she learns that not all history is left in the past.Dani encounters the unknown. She does not want to believe the folk tales of spirits running wild within the fort, or that the traitor of the country still lurks the stone walls. Yet she cannot deny the cold air, the absurd coincidences, and the icy touches that she feels from time to time. How will Dani succeed in her career with these conditions? Will she risk her life, her marriage, and her sanity in pursuit of a relationship with the spirit?
