Two young lovers, Jesse and Melissa, are caught in a world of twisted desire after Jesse unwittingly drinks the blood of an ancient vampiress, Cassandra. Jesse, out of love for Melissa, returns to her only to lose control of his newfound hunger, killing her in the process. The subsequent choice that he makes turns both of their lives into a living-death nightmare from which the only escape is death itself.

About the Author

Richard David Gerwolds was born in Flint, Michigan. He moved several times throughout his childhood after the divorce of his parents. He has always loved horror, from the time he was able to read at four years old. He is especially fond of vampire legends and the gothic lifestyle, though he lives a normal life himself, in a small town far away from the city where he was born, with a loving wife and two adorable children. He has an Associate's Degree in Biology, with which he graduated with high honors.
