BLUE MOON

In 2050, world nations have established an international prison on the moon, where only the most hardened and dangerous prisoners are sent. Morgan, Teddy, Zack, Becca, and Tony are the are the crew members of a spaceship, charged with delivering three hardened criminals, Mato, Khalid, Igor, and Julia to the moon. Daniel, a cynical old U.S. Marshal joins the crew, in transporting the prisoners to the moon. Morgan is a newly appointed female captain of the ship, facing resentment from Tony, who has attempted a prior mutiny. Teddy, Zack, and Becca all have prior disciplinary actions against them, ranging from theft to sexual misconduct. This voyage is their last chance to redeem their lives and careers. Khalid is an international terrorist, who has killed thousands in terrorist attacks. Igor is an arms broker, whose weapons have caused thousands to be killed in civil wars and international conflicts. Mato is a Native-American, who has killed entire families, with Mato's trademark being to kill the families, while he dances in view of the moon, with their intestines draped over his shoulders. Julia is a vindictive serial killer, who views herself as an artist, with each new victim representing the completion of art. Daniel recently lost his wife and daughter to terrorists, who were reportedly acting on the behalf of Khalid. Daniel has sunk into a hellish despair and a bottle of whiskey. He views this voyage, as his last act. As the spaceship nears the moon, they pass through a dark field, which causes the spaceship to lose all communications with Earth and with something of a twist, as their fuel supply indicates that they should have already reached the moon. After the spaceship exits the dark field, crew members begin to be horrifically murdered. Is it one of the escaped prisoners or...something worse?
