The Blue Sea Monster is an ugly, scary monster who roamed the beaches of Palm Beach, capturing little children at dusk. Blake's grandfather suspected the children were taken to a deserted island in the Bahamas, and he was determined to find those children who had been kidnapped. Blake James went with his grandfather to get the chopper at the airport. Flying over many deserted islands, Grandfather said, "Maybe we will see something from up here." Then there it was, Blake spotted something shiny...something sparkling...as they flew over one of the uninhabited islands. Grandfather swirled the chopper around to take a closer look. Then he saw it too. He was surprised at what caught Blake's eye.
