A deal was made between the town of Innsmouth and the Deep Ones. A deal that would never be broken. Horrible truths are discovered when an out of towner ventures into Innsmouth and sees for himself the results of humans mingling with ancient creatures spawned by Dagon and sleeping Cthulhu. The townspeople become what they worship and eventually leave the land of men to go live beneath the waves with the Deep Ones in their timeless cities on the ocean floor.
