Debonair and confident in his skills, nothing threw Blade off-balance. When a pretty outsider visited Steiner's sideshow, the sword swallower did his best to impress her. The show fell flat for her 14-year-old son and the air was full of tension. Blade knew better than to get involved in a family fight, so he returned to his swords, only to discover his swords had turned on him! Suddenly his knives were doing tricks of their own and the sword master was losing his cool. This was more than he could swallow. He needed to find out who was creating mischief at the sideshow, with the help of Marie and Jason and the rest of the freaks.
