While his bosses try to discourage him, Pug pursues his ambition and sets off on a journey up through the layers of Hell. Along the way he faces monstrous enemies, makes strange allies, and sets events into motion that will shake the foundation of the Afterlife. No Sympathies is a tongue in cheek work that mixes humor with its grisly setting and grotesque characters. It is a story about the plight of the damned, the virtue in sinners, and what it would take to make the devil himself repent.
