What if you could change your fate or your life? Would you do it? James seems to think so after having found and read a book on Palmistry. After learning about the lines and mounts in the palm, he takes it upon himself to 'try' out and erase the lines from his daughter that don't seem to work and rewrite the ones he thinks will make his daughter a child prodigy. Somewhat succeeding, he tries it on his both his mother and brother. Lastly, he tries it on himself, to the point of becoming the first perfect man by having the Palm of God. What will happen to him by forcing this much power to be in him? What will happen to the world, the universe?
