The story is based on an old southern ghost tale about a "light" which appears sometimes in the dark of night, in a field near Cogdell, Georgia. As a teenager, my friends and I spent many hours sitting there in a car in the wire grass fields, waiting for the light to appear. We had heard the story and then one cold dark winter night, we saw it. We SAW the LIGHT!
