The Fungus

It was supposed to be the expedition of a lifetime. A week, studying in the vast rainforests of Venezuela, but Joey Wilmott and the rest of the team from Colorado University are kept in the dark about why they have been sent to study a vicious parasitic fungus. A secretive scientific organisation known as NASNOT want samples of this parasite, although their intentions are unclear. The group goes through hell in order to bring these samples back, but little do they know; that’s just the tip of the iceberg. The question is: Do NASNOT realise the horror they are about to unleash on the sleepy town of Flagstaff, Colorado? A sci-fi/horror novella that details what awful creatures humans can be.
