Ricker is an assassin on a mission to destroy all DeathSpeakers. Mortimer is a DeathSpeaker, kidnapped from the only home he's ever known. When his attempts to find a mystical ruby are thwarted by the same people who kidnapped Mortimer, Ricker is forced to work alongside the DeathSpeaker as he, too, becomes someone's prey.

About the Author

Casey Fry is an author of fantasy, science fiction, and horror. She has always held a deep fascination with the supernatural and fantastical, and it shows in her writing. She has published short stories and poetry through various venues, with DeathSpeaker: Hunt being her debut novel. Fry graduated with her Bachelor's Degree in Creative Writing and currently lives on a small farm in the mountains of central Pennsylvania. Her frequent writing companions are her two indoor cats, who enjoy lying under the desk lamp while she's working.
