This chapbook is a series of short essays on some of H.P. Lovecraft's biological discoveries. Specifically, the essays focus on discussions on the biology of the Elder Things and the shoggoths, both described in Lovecraft's novella At the Mountains of Madness, as well as the Mi-Go, described in the tale "The Whisperer in Darkness." Specific subjects within the essays include the anatomy and physiology of these organisms as well as their modes of reproduction.
