All assured to send shivers down your spine. They are based on tales that have been shared by many hospital staff over many years of work in healthcare. They have been meticulously developed into the tales contained within this compendium of scary fantasies. The sightings, strange sounds and sinister goings on of the spectral activity retold in this book are based on true experiences, that have become local folklore in many hospitals. The presence of those that have “unfinished business”, gripes or other reasons for not wanting to pass on, preferring to linger in the realm between life and death. Those that are not alive, but then again are not completely gone. They linger, hanging on to this mortal coil for their own reasons in whatever way they can. Not ready to let go, their affairs left incomplete for whatever the reason may be. Their presence remains, not always a peaceful one. These myths take place in hospital, buildings that have been constructed to heal the sick and injured. However they are also edifices that have seen a lot of deaths. This collection is intended to relate some of the more memorable legends. Ghostly nuns, haunted wards and supernatural specters... If you like to be spooked, this is the book for you.

About the Author

Ram Gulrajani: I'm an Essex based Gibraltarian, working in the NHS with a flair for innovation, both at work and in my writing. I have won awards for my healthcare innovations and now aspire to write a good book. Here's the link to my website: http: //rockape65.wix.com/author-ram-gulrajani I'm happily married & a father to 3 boys, recent news, I am due to become a granddad and although I have to wait till the new addition to our family is born, I am very excited at meeting the new generation and sharing the many stories and jokes... some I have shared in my writing. Previous books are: "Legally Lucky" "Phobic Wars" "Mental Dental (Murder by Proxy) I love sport and have taken part in many although age and wonky knees mean I have had to give up contact sports but I am still mean with a table tennis bat!! I am football crazy and support Derby County (The Rams)& FC Barcelona, I am also a Gibraltar FA fan. As a music lover of all genres, especially rock and blues, if I had not been a Respiratory Nurse Consultant, I would have been a football mad rock star... I wish!! I am still cutting my teeth in the world of fictional writing and the transition from Health Care Professional to author was scary. Like all books, they may not always be everybody's cup of tea but they are enjoyable, original and fun. My drive, to enjoy writing original and fun stories, for these to be widely read by people of all ages, anywhere and everywhere. The 3 books I've written are all different. They address themes that are meaningful and I believe to be original, they are full of twists and turns, you need to read them. In keeping with the times, I have a Facebook page which is https: //www.facebook.com/Ramsbooks?ref=bookmarks Twitter: @Author_man_ram Blog: http: //legallylucky.blogspot.co.uk This is a collaboration with my wife, Julie Gulrajani, who has co-authored this book with a short chronicle. Julie also has a long history of working in healthcare and this is her first publication. Watch this space for future sequels and varied creations.
