Werewolves don’t just happen by the light of the full moon, as you might think. It’s a wonder people ever heard of them at all, yet don’t know that. But while the residents of Luna City may be experts where their furry and ferocious friends and neighbors are concerned—from what they look like as they make their buck naked walks to and from the central forest each day, to what they get up to during the night—it seems they don’t know everything. When the mysterious Dr. Olivia Moon appears at the annual block party and reveals their entire history is a lie, it’s up to Al Fredericks, leader of the town’s Security forces, to keep a level head. Along with his friend Caleb Holt, and the much less welcome Henry Rossman, a guy who can’t help but be combative if only because he believes he could do a better job than Al ever could, they work desperately to convince their fellow citizens not to take part in the dangerous experiment she has in mind. Unfortunately, as we all know, people just don’t listen.
