About the Author

Jim Vanore spent over 22 years with the Philadelphia Police Department, retiring as a sergeant. He then taught junior high English, math, and science classes. He is a national award-winning journalist, author of the mystery novel Grave Departure and is currently the Special Sections Editor of the Cape May County Herald. He and wife Barbara live in New Jersey.
