Annie was a normal girl, a perfectly normal girl.Well, except for the wings. They were invisible unless she was flying though, like her twin swords too. These things were only needed to hunt.She was coming home from not doing so well in college. The voices in her head didn't help her study, or read, or pay attention. They were always there, telling her about things, mostly things she didn't care about. But they never shut up!Her family didn't know about this all. They didn't know about the wings, the swords, the voices, nothing.When she got home though, something was going on. It was going on all over town. It wasn't just a simple murderer, creep, or bad person. It was something more, something truly evil and it was bigger than she'd ever dealt with before.Annie couldn't stand evil—it had to be stamped out. It wasn't her opinion, it was a drive, a need. It would drive her to figure out who or what was the source and destroy it, or it would kill her as she tried.There was no other option, no choice. Just the nagging worry—What would her family think if they found out about all of this?
