An unleashed spirit of an unjustly killed young man hunts a corrupted police station in the search for justice, violently murdering the cops that have been involved in his killing, until an ex-cop steps in to help the horrified city. When Max is caught during a police mission, the bad cops know that he must be reduced to silence. They torture him to death, kill his family, and bury all the incriminating evidences. Clarence, the honest cop, tries to unveil the truth, but he gets in trouble, and he is forced out of the police. Shortly after, the cops involved in Max murder begin to be massacred one by one. Will the city recover after all this mysterious crimes, and come back to its ordinary life?
