Late 2010 marks the completion of the new house on Rattlesnake Mountain. The neighbors are up in arms and will do almost anything to drive out the new residents, but the recession takes care of that for them. When the Holts move in months later, they are accepted with open arms. This is supposed to be a new beginning for the Holts, but their problems only seem to get worse in the new house. The neighbors begin to bicker with one another. Something about the Holt house beckons them, urging them to do horrible things to their loved ones. Will the neighbors be able to fend off the evil urges before it's too late? Bonds are tested, relationships challenged, sanity corrupted to the Ghost of Rattlesnake Mountain.
