The story is about a clown named Jack who works at an amusement park and is believed to be a killer of children. The story takes place over a number of years and despite the efforts of the police and the management of the amusement park, Jack is never caught and continues to kill children. Eventually, a group of teenagers go to the park and enter the haunted house, unaware that Jack is still at large and waiting for them.
