And They Danced 'Til Midnight

This is a collection of short stories of the horror/fantasy genre. They are tales of everyday people who live normal lives and then strange things happen. They are suddenly faced with the ‘twilight zone’ hour. The citizens do normal things like attend job meetings, give to local charities, travel abroad, or wash their clothing at a laundromat. They expect their lives to flow in a normal fashion, but midnight comes into their lives with often-tragic circumstances. The stories range from a pet chicken who has the unfortunate luck to move next door to a bunch of hungry neighbors, to a Nazi time travel machine that takes two men back to the past with disastrous results, to a mysterious, charismatic minister who captures the heart of a lonely, rich widow and many more exciting stories. They're just everyday people who happen to dance 'til midnight.
