This delighful book reminds us of the oneness with nature we felt as childern. Father Frascadore shares the wisdome to be gained at Hector's market, at grandpa's knee, and at the end of Ramsey's leash. Most rewarding, I think, are his poetic insights into the mind of Christ. There is poetry in the New Testament, but nothing like the lushness of 150 psalms. Perhaps God is inviting us to compose our own psalters. Father Frascadore has accepted the invitation and shown us what can be done.

About the Author

Henry C. Frascadore has been a priest of the Archdiocese for over fifty years. After a long career as a high school teacher, a school adminisatrator, and a pastor, he began to express his reflections on his wealth of experience in the light of the Gospel. Since his retirement, he lives in Hartford, Connecticut, where he takes long walks with his dog, Ramsey.
