About the Author

Stephen Marche is a novelist and culture writer. For several years he has written a monthly column for Esquire magazine, "A Thousand Words about Our Culture," as well as regular features and opinion pieces for the Atlantic, New York Times, Wall Street Journal, New Republic, and elsewhere. His books include the novels Raymond and Hannah and Shining at the Bottom of the Sea, as well as the nonfiction work How Shakespeare Changed Everything. He lives in Toronto with his family.Paul Michael Garcia, an AudioFile Earphones Award winner and former company member of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, received his classical training in theater from Southern Oregon University, where he worked as an actor, director, and designer.
