When Monique learns she's adopted, she goes to meet her biological parents and is met with a less than welcoming reception. Something is wrong in the mountain cabin where the strangely secretive couple lives, and they want her gone as soon as possible. But elements from her childhood nightmares keep showing up to terrify both Monique and her birth parents, and then she makes a discovery in an upstairs bedroom that shocks her to the core--the sister she thought had died in childhood. She sees that the couple is drugging the teenage girl into a coma, but why? So she disposed of the drugs and replaces them with B-12, and slowly the sleeping girl begins to wake up. But as she does, all hell breaks loose around her, and an old enemy from long ago comes back to silence her once and for all.
