After discovering she’s an empath, Elizabeth decides to buy a large Victorian property and turn it into a home for troubled and somewhat dysfunctional young adults. Her wishes are met when she takes in four youngsters, each with their own problems to overcome, and each of them desperate to make something of themselves. With Elizabeth’s ambition now underway, she gets to know each resident as though they are her own family. However, Elizabeth soon finds out that the house she makes a home for herself and her guests, has a mysterious and potentially dark side to it when a family of passed souls begin to make their presence known. Some of the ghosts have an alternative agenda, mainly to get their house back, while others just want to make friends after spending many years unable to accept their death. With the help of her friends, Elizabeth and her residents embark on a mission to find out why the house is so active and to learn more about the love, forgiveness, and understanding the family need. But do they succeed in their endeavor to help the ghosts move on? And does Elizabeth’s new family finally seek the life they so deserve?
