It’s 1944 and the Mustang fighter plane has given the Allies air superiority over Nazi Germany. Haunted by injuries from his own crash landing that put him behind a desk, Captain William Donner witnesses an injured pilot safely land a badly damaged Mustang. When more unusual occurrences with these planes come to his attention, Donner begins to wonder if there is something about these aircraft that is not listed in the specifications. Believing the answer lies across the Atlantic back in North America, Captain Donner, and a British female reporter, fly to the states to uncover the mystery, but the Germans also want this advantage, especially if it involves the occult ...!
