About the Author

Emily Prymes is an American novelist and a Virginian native born on August 4, 1987. At the young age of thirteen, Prymes began writing her first novel; "The Luck of the Draw: The Legacy." Her interest in the occult and favoring a Southern Gothic theme in Literature lead her to write the popular vampire novel, "The Forbidden Ones." Prymes was also encouraged to pen the novel during her restless pursuit for a literary agent and publisher. In October 2012, the Kindle eBook version of "The Forbidden Ones" was released on Amazon.com. The book release generated well over 800 downloads in less than 24 hours landing Prymes in the top 20 of the "Top 100 Best Sellers List in Kindle eBooks" on Amazon for three consecutive weeks. On September 7, 2013, Prymes was named the "Featured Author of the Week" on Authorsdb.com and has been listed five times on the website's "Top 100 Authors of the Week" from October 2013 to January 2014.
