Powers and Johnson are back in the explosive conclusion to the Face of Fear investigation. As the personal lives of the police officers and detectives of the now Priority 1 Task Force seem to be back to normal, behind the scenes, a plot to destroy all those who saved the lives of Rachelle Robinson, Deborah Lance and Lindsey Wilkerson has been planned. The tables get turned when it is discovered there is a link to The Music Club Murders from The Face of Fear Investigation. This link forces Ghost Face to return where he proves that when it comes to revenge there is...no mercy.
From the Inside Flap
"Torbert's storytelling is deft and dangerous. No Mercy serves up the biggest and most delicious bowl of 'whodunit' I've ever devoured. The superb characters stand on their own, so vibrant and real, you feel as though you can literally touch them" --Anthony Masi, MasiMedia LLC, Producer, Still Screaming "When I finished 'The Face of Fear', I was desperate for more. Now, in 'No Mercy', Torbert delivers more action, more twists, more turns, and more Ghost Face!" -- Michael Fichera, "Marvel Comics" "R.J. Torberts takes 'No Mercy' on readers, going for the funnybone one minute and the jugular the next. If words are weapons, then Ghost Face may just have met his (or her) match!" --John Valeri, Hartford Book Examiner
