Phoenix could remember a time when his life was simple, although looking back on it, it didn't really feel like his life at all. It was far too happy and carefree, he had parents and friends and his life wasn't about running. That all changed when another Alien race, the Elarks, invaded their home planet, murdering almost every one of their kind and destroying their planet completely. Sending him and nine other special children, chosen by bodies of the universe and their mentors to Earth to hide, run and silently protecting their new home, never to see each other again. Now the Elarks had found their hiding space and have narrowed in on the group, killing them off one by one in an attempt to destroy everything they had come to love once more. And it lies with Phoenix to stop them.
