Corazon: Book Three of the Cripplesby Diaries Trilogy

The much awaited Book Three of the increasingly bizarre Cripplesby Diaries Trilogy! Geeza Vermies, Shamanic Detective, is hot on the heels of a gang of poachers. Bumping into his old friend Elliot in the Caribbean, they join forces and follow the trail to Mexico, but their investigation quickly uncovers a far deeper plot, and once again they find themselves in a race against time to save the world! Meanwhile Father Sadfael, the bumbling Benedictine monk makes a return as he also finds himself in Mexico, sent to stop a vitriolic campaign of destruction being carried out against the entire Christian Church. But who are the sinister figures orchestrating their deadly schemes from the shadows of the jungle? And could a rogue vicar burning down churches have any connection to a plot to bring back the bloodthirsty Gods of the Americas? If so, what can anybody do to stop it? Not a lot really - not when you don’t know what it is that’s supposed to happen, who’s going to do it or where it’s going to take place! And especially when you’re up against a Jaguar-Priest of exceptional power, not to mention the small matter of the Aztec Gods themselves…

About the Author

Stephen Brown popped into the world in England, November 1974 with the umbilical cord around his neck. Since then he has struggled to build himself an alternative world, a kind of surrogate womb for him to exist in. A professional horse-mumbler (not quite as good as a fully-fledged Whisperer), he also spends a large portion of his time either backpacking around the far-flung countries of the world or creating something out of these experiences. Along with writing, painting, wood-carving and general creativity he is also intrerested in things of a Spiritual nature, and is a Reiki Master, trained in India. He has travelled to and lived in exotic countries since the tender age of six and intends to carry on doing this for as long as is humanly possibly. Right now his exotic country of choice is... Belgium He confesses to being deeply interested in indigenous cultures from all over the world and draws influences from as many alternative outlooks and perspectives on life as possible. He has written three novels to date, along with numerous short stories, hundreds of poems, songs and haiku, all of which should be available as soon as he can bring some semblance of order to it all! Visit www.thestephenbrown.co.uk to find out more about the man ("contact me now," he says, "before I become too famous!") He is witty, charming, highly intelligent and available for hire in all (good) shops. "I am actually very, very interesting..."
