Darren Barker has again demonstrated his mastery of murderous prose with a story so murky, bloody and violent that you’ll think twice before your next hotel stay. It’s a great book for a sun-loving horror fan, fast, funny and inventive, as well as horribly violent and happily murderous. Don’t read it in the dark.
