Altuid was just another Deceiver Demon, spending his time fooling humans and taking advantage of their credulity. That was until the God of Chaos shattered his soul and stuffed it into the core of a dungeon he captured in the lands of Order. Now in charge of this dungeon, Altuid is tasked with sowing disorder and weakening the forces of Order in the area, in preparation for a major offensive. Right after the grand opening, Altuid starts using his limited resources to try and best the divers foolish enough to enter his new abode. Hopefully, he can count on his abilities as a cunning devil to trick the visitors and rush them towards their tragic end. And soon, he’s feeling his powers grow, and gains access to new traps and monsters to make his dungeon even more deadly. But Altuid has to watch out not to blow his cover. Part of the trick to infiltrate this Order dungeon was to have Altuid pose as Rorich Stoneheart, the legendary hero whose soul was intercepted (and crushed) by Chaos’ cultists when it was about to fuse with the core. And now Ashera, the pixie that has been assigned to Altuid’s dungeon, is watching his every move and threatening to compromise his plans. Because Altuid has a hidden agenda besides turning his rooms into unsolvable puzzles. Deep inside, he’s mad at Chaos for putting him in this position in the first place, and he isn’t going to just stand there and let the god dictate his actions. Altuid needs to break free from his hold, but to do that he needs power. Tremendous amounts of power. Altuid has no choice. To become his own master, he will need to turn this dungeon into the most challenging the land of Order has ever seen, and he will have to resort to every trick he learned in his previous life as a trickster demon.
