My Next Door Neighbor Is A Zombie

All Alonzo the Zombie wanted to do was move to a nice community and be a good neighbor. But all the acts of kindness he offered were rejected. As nice as Alonzo tried to be to others, nobody wanted to be friends with a zombie. This story is a modern twist on the age-old truth that how we act toward one another is much more important than how we look. Will Alonzo’s new neighbors give him a chance or will he have to move to try and find more accepting friends? We encounter ‘zombies’ like Alonzo every day in our lives. Author Jay W. Foreman and Illustrator Mark Sasser have teamed up again to create their sixth book, My Next Door Neighbor Is A Zombie. Their earlier works include Raccoons' Christmas, How Christmas Saved The World From Aliens, Under The Sea Christmas Tree, Super Will and A Calico Christmas. When Jay and Mark aren't working on their next project, they enjoy visiting schools and getting students excited about reading, writing and illustrating! Jay resides in Winchester, VA with his wife Angie and their children Kayla & Tyler. Mark resides in Stephens City, VA with his wife Jody and their daughter Grace.
