The Two Magics: The Turn of the Screw and Covering End. These two novellas were both published in 1898 with The Turn of the Screw being one of Henry James most well-known works. In this ghost thriller, a young governess is tasked with taking care of two young children whose parents have recently died. Though the governess relishes in the opportunity of tending to the children, she soon realizes the estate on which they live is haunted by the spirits of her predecessors. Covering End was originally written as a one-act play called Summersoft. After the play was revised into the short story, Covering End, it was then expanded into a full-length play called The High Bid. Included in this ebook is a link to a free audio book of The Turn of the Screw and a link to a text version of the book as well. Additionally, a link to the online text version of The Two Magics is being provided as well.
