"What's happening to me?" Born centuries ago in the mind of a rogue Pythagorean philosopher, the prophecy clearly speaks of Genesis, its spawn of Titans, at a date far into the future of mankind. This hybrid knowledge, as yet apocryphal, is brought from above down to the Earth, where it travels through swarms of sophisticated intellects and genetic codes, discreetly following the evolution cycles of the planet. Then it finally comes to settle – in the bodies and minds of three modern-day urban dwellers, Alexander Sinos, Sonja O’Shea, and Roman Jeff.Alexander is suddenly beset by terrifying nightmares and blinding headaches. He is under attack – from within himself. Sonja, Roman, and other young people are experiencing the same anguish. They are being transformed into entities of infinite potential. They are becoming Hybrids.Alexander, Sonja, and Roman strive to hold on to their identities. Meanwhile, the mighty of the world are lying in wait, eager to use them in their contests for supremacy. They have long been expecting this new age - the Age of the Hybrid. As the three protagonists evolve, they are faced with a choice: either exercise their newfound power to help their unsuspecting fellow humans, or use it to destroy them.
