Jenni Cartwright and her brother, Ben, found the perfect spot in the woods. A little clearing that makes for a great hangout. After they begin to notice odd symbols in the trees, all covered in bees, they begin to think something weird is happening. Then, tragedy strikes when Ben goes missing. Jenni, along with 2 of her friend, scour the woods for hours only to come up short. When Jenni does finally go home and tell her parents what has happened, they react just as any parent would - desperate to finf their son. Then, as if by some sort of divine intervention, Ben returns home. But something about him is.... off. He's pale, to begin with. He's void of emotion and just all around acting weird.Turns out, Ben found something in those woods. Something that aches to get into our world. Something malevolent. Beta-readers have called Faceless & Evil "An homage to Slenderman and Candyman, but a unique story that stands on its own" and "[A story] that has Blumhouse Pictures potential. Very Good!”
