Brittney Woods lives in another version of our world where struggling and strife are kept at a minimum. People's main objective in this place is to feel good, not to make the most money, or have the perfect body, and certainly not to overcome adversity because there is none. She goes to school for energy healing, one of the many new age modalities her world uses to keep everyone's happiness quotient high. Seems like a pretty sweet arrangement except all Brittney dreams about is what it would be like to live in a lower dimension where there's drama, drugs, violence, danger, and worst yet, politics. She is bored to tears by her mundane linear existence that lacks flavor and substance. Little does she know her wish will soon come true and she will be granted two-way ticket to travel through time and space to a place called the Bay Area in California and experience a world she's only read about in books.
